**Role Summary:**

Join our dedicated team as a Care Team Supervisor and take on a challenging yet rewarding role. As a key member of our care services team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional care services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage care worker annual leave and absences, ensuring continuity of service delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive briefings to care workers on client needs and updates.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives and participate in hiring new care workers.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Implement a structured onboarding program for new care workers.
  • Carry out field observations and support care workers in completing their care certificates.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Organize engagement events to promote team cohesion and morale.
  • Handle incidents and complaints, documenting and following up as required.
  • Monitor care worker performance, conducting supervisions and appraisals.
  • Address conduct or performance issues with HR advisor support.
  • Undertake backup on-call duties as part of a planned rota.

Requirements:

You should have a strong background in care management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of motivating and leading high-performing teams. A passion for delivering exceptional care services and a commitment to excellence are essential for this role.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
