Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team as a Specialist Practitioner. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing children’s needs, working with colleagues and external agencies, and developing effective support plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out comprehensive assessments of children’s needs
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective support
  • Implement and evaluate support plans

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Social Work (Degree)
  • Active registration with Social Work England
  • Up-to-date DBS clearance
  • Full driving license

What We Offer:

  • Attractive salary range: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum
