As a key member of our team, we are looking for a skilled Practitioner Children's Support to join us in our mission to provide top-notch support and accommodation services to those affected by domestic abuse. In this critical role, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of our services, focusing on the well-being and safety of our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
• Foster a welcoming environment for new residents, educating them on available support services and their obligations within the accommodation.
• Effectively manage referrals, conduct thorough risk assessments, and allocate accommodations according to customer needs.
• Develop and maintain robust customer-centric safety plans and risk management strategies, accurately recording all interactions and progress.
• Proactively identify potential risks or safeguarding concerns and take appropriate action, meticulously documenting incidents.

Necessary Qualifications:
• Solid educational foundation (GCSE English and Maths or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle sensitive data responsibly.
• Self-driven individual with excellent remote work capabilities and superior time management skills.
• Holds a full UK driving license and suitable vehicle for business use.
• Mandatory DBS check.
