At ZAGENO, we're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an **Account Executive**. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new biotech customers and integrating them into our platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a closing role, preferably within the SaaS or biotech sectors. Experience with procurement processes and technology is a plus. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential biotech clients, employing effective prospecting strategies to expand ZAGENO's customer base.
  • Consultative Selling: Adopt a solution-oriented approach to sales, understanding customer pain points and articulating the value of ZAGENO's platform in meeting their needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Actively manage and strategize your sales pipeline for sustained, long-term success.
