About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic account management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
This role offers a competitive salary of £42,500 - £62,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays) and continuous opportunity for career progression and further qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships through exceptional customer service and relationship-building
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales efforts
- Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in sales and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
