Account Manager Role Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients, maintaining and growing their business through the sale of our range of motor, personal and business insurances.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to support their full needs, including referrals to our financial services.
  • Working closely with our marketing team to raise awareness of our High-Net-Worth offering and exceptional service.
  • Recording and tracking contacts, prospects, and sales to maximise conversion ratio of leads to sales.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with High-Net-Worth individuals is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent of A-C grade including Maths and English.
  • Strong I.T. literacy, being proficient in the use of MS Office Applications.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, plus benefits including free on-site parking, uncapped commission scheme, 25 days holiday per annum, and a friendly and social office environment.
