About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients, growing their business through the sale of our range of motor, personal and business insurances, and meeting their full needs through referrals to our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  2. Working closely with our marketing team to promote our High-Net-Worth offering and excellent customer service.
  3. Recording and tracking contacts, prospects, and sales to drive business growth.

What We Offer:
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including free on-site parking, uncapped commission scheme, 25 days holiday per annum, and a friendly and social office environment.
