Location: Based in Milton Keynes

Our client seeks a HR Generalist for a new position that will play a key role in supporting the Business Services Manager with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services, and supporting the overall HR strategy.

A growing manufacturing company with a presence in Europe, this position is critical to enhancing employee engagement, maintaining HR compliance, and driving the continuous improvement of HR processes within the business.

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  2. Assist with performance management, coaching managers and employees.
  3. Ensure company policies are in line with employment law and that policies are up to date.
  4. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development activities.
  5. Support payroll administration, manage employee benefits, and handle any employee queries.
  6. Participate in and contribute to global HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a HR Generalist or in a similar HR role within a global or fast-paced environment.

Ideally, CIPD Level 3 qualified with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
