Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our EMEA team in streamlining and modernizing HR operations. This full-time position is based in our Crownhill, Milton Keynes location, Monday-Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency across the region.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations that align with company goals and legal standards.
  • Manage and resolve employee relation issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness across HR Ops in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to optimize system functionality and improve automation of key HR processes.
  • Coordinate the collation and submission of monthly payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, and leave balances.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of payroll; resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Stay ahead of changes in employment laws across the EMEA region, ensuring our policies are compliant.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Analyze HR data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights, creating reports to support decision making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR operations, with a strong background in employee relations, policy development, and process improvement.
  • Data-oriented/Analytical Mind.
  • EMEA experience.
  • Bonus Points:
    • Experience with HRIS (Oracle).
    • Proficiency in a second European language (e.g., German, Spanish or French).
