About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Consultant to join our Quality Engineering and Testing team at UST. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing business solutions for our customers, performing consulting and IT delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to manage Pre-sales for Quality Engineering and Testing services globally, taking on multiple roles, including consultative and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Proposal Management: Independently manage business proposals from start to finish, working closely with Client Partners, Delivery Leaders, and Services for large deals that require complex technical solutions.
  • Customer Requirements and Business Problems: Understand customer requirements and business problems, driving pursuit discussions towards building a winning proposal.
  • Developing Solution Narratives: Develop a good understanding of the key elements that should be part of the overall solution narrative, enabling the pursuit team to create a compelling response.
  • Pursuit Discussions and War Rooms: Organize pursuit discussions and war rooms, working closely with other support functions like HR, Legal, and Finance to complete the proposal response on time with quality.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholders within the organization, working closely and confidently with them.
  • Status Updates and Issue Management: Provide regular status updates to sales leadership, highlighting issues and challenges to ensure timely intervention.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in presales within Quality Engineering and Testing, with a proven track record of writing sales content from scratch relevant and customized to client requirements.
  • Win Themes and Differentiators: Ability to drive pursuit discussions to define win themes and differentiators to create a winning bid.
  • Large RFP Experience: Experience in driving and anchoring responses for large RFPs.
  • Technical SMEs and Practices: Ability to work with various technical SMEs/practices and assimilate inputs to create a technical response.
