About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical care is provided to our residents. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care
  • Ensure compliance with national standards and NMC code of practice
  • Participate in safeguarding training and reporting concerns
