This position involves providing specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that prioritizes resident needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
