We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Professional at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical services to support our clients in maintaining their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting or interacting with older adults is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for clients and colleagues.
