Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence, choice, and autonomy.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery, adhering to Be Caring's values and principles.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in person-centered care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a person-centered care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
