As a Support Worker with Be Caring, you will be part of our learning disabilities team across Newcastle and Gateshead. Your role will be to support individuals to live happy and fulfilled lives within their local communities.

* Be Involved: Be a motivator, encouraging and guiding the individual to take small but brave steps towards learning new skills, meeting new people and attending local community groups.
* Be Proud: Support the person to become as independent as they can, making their own choices, decisions and managing their finances.
