We are seeking an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Manager to join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of our Help Desk, managing a team of Help Desk Coordinators, and providing motivational support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support the Help Desk Supervisor
- Manage Help Desk Coordinators, including disciplinaries and working with HR and the Managing Director
- Conduct appraisals for Help Desk staff
- Attend and participate in Operations meetings and monthly meetings with the Managing Director to report on Help Desk targets, progress, and any issues
- Hold weekly/monthly meetings with Help Desk Staff to discuss client progress and issues
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to train new and existing staff
- Hold weekly/fortnightly meetings with the Operations Manager to discuss Help Desk issues, progress, and process
- Manage job allocations, levels of work coming in, and check information on jobs
- Handle customer escalations
- Oversee quotes
- Ensure Help Desk Coordinators are on top of jobs and they are being dealt with correctly
