We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Incident Communication Service as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to a wide range of customers, taking reports of environmental incidents, and working collaboratively with our teams to protect and improve the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take reports of environmental incidents over the phone and enter information into our National Incident Recording System
  • Engage with customers to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to categorize reports and pass them through to the correct area team
  • Provide support and guidance to customers as needed
