Customer Service Role

About the Role

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction is polite, professional, and courteous.
  • Promote our glass repair and replacement services to customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company values and regulations, upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Training and Development

This role includes comprehensive off-the-job training towards a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship standard. You'll have access to a range of training formats and personal effectiveness courses, designed to enhance your skills and knowledge.
