Role OverviewThis Support Worker role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about providing person-centered care and support. You will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized support plans to enhance their quality of life.
Requirements- Experience working with individuals with Autism and challenging behaviors.
- Full-time commitment of 39 hours per week.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
