Compass Associates seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team serving children with autism spectrum disorder at a specialist school.

**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to work with our team of professionals, including a Lead Occupational Therapist, Educational Psychologist, Assistant Psychologist, Speech & Language Therapists, Music Therapists, and Counsellors.

**Responsibilities:

  • To provide occupational therapy services to students with autism spectrum disorder
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans
  • To conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and goals

**Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder

**Working Hours:** Full-time, 5 days per week, term-time only. Part-time work (minimum 3 days per week) also welcome.

**Salary and Benefits:** £33,000 to £43,000 + industry-leading benefit package, including:
