Support Worker - Autism and Challenging Behaviors
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Woking. As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who have a diagnosis of Autism and exhibit challenging behaviors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support and care to our clients, enabling them to engage in daily living activities, maintain social relationships, and manage their finances.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should possess experience working with individuals with Autism and challenging behaviors. A full-time commitment of 39 hours per week is required. Key Responsibilities- Support clients with daily living activities, including household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
