Role Purpose

Tower Hamlets Partnership is seeking a skilled clerk/minute taker to support the administration, delivery, and minuting of statutory meetings. This role will be part of the Panel and Case Conference Clerks Team, supporting Families and Health Adults and Communities services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and deliver statutory meetings with a focus on Child Protection Conferences and Panels.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team in delivering against agreed outputs while working under pressure.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in supporting complex statutory meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.

Working Arrangements

This is an office-based role with flexibility for hybrid working, as determined by the Senior Panel and Case Conference Clerk to meet the needs of the service.
