We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and convert conference enquiries into bookings
  • Offer and contract conference services to clients
  • Prepare and distribute function sheets to clients
  • Verify invoices for accuracy and post charges
  • Follow up with clients after events to ensure satisfaction

Groups Reservations Responsibilities:

  • Respond to group enquiries and follow up on leads
  • Assist with site inspections and provide information to clients
  • Compile and contribute to daily and weekly reporting
  • Provide general office support and update the events calendar

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Decent written English and pleasant telephone manner
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working in an office environment.
