We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and convert conference enquiries into bookings
- Offer and contract conference services to clients
- Prepare and distribute function sheets to clients
- Verify invoices for accuracy and post charges
- Follow up with clients after events to ensure satisfaction
Groups Reservations Responsibilities:
- Respond to group enquiries and follow up on leads
- Assist with site inspections and provide information to clients
- Compile and contribute to daily and weekly reporting
- Provide general office support and update the events calendar
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in computer software and technology
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Decent written English and pleasant telephone manner
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working in an office environment.
