Role Purpose

Tower Hamlets Partnership is seeking a skilled Panel and Case Conference Clerk to join the Business Support Hub on a permanent basis. This role will be part of the Panel and Case Conference Clerks Team, supporting Families and Health Adults and Communities services in the clerking of statutory meetings.

We are looking for an experienced clerk/minute taker with a background in working within the Childrens and Adults Social Care setting within the public sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across different hierarchies and with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a solution-focused approach and adaptability in getting up to speed with new systems and processes quickly. Proficiency in all Office packages is essential, and experience with Mosaic software or similar is desirable.

This role will primarily be office-based, with flexibility for some hybrid working as determined by the Senior Panel and Case Conference Clerk to meet the needs of the service.
