Administrative Operations Manager

The Administrative Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our organization by overseeing and coordinating various administrative activities. As part of the Chief Client Officer's team, this individual will be responsible for preparing briefings, coordinating events, tracking business activities, managing records, and participating in special projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the Chief Client Officer's global travel, including strategic conferences
- Assist in preparing internal and external engagement materials, communications, and talking points in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Contribute to and lead special projects or executive-ready analyses, reports, and presentation materials as needed
- Support ad-hoc duties requiring advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Coordinate the Global CEO's travel and engagements in the UK when necessary
To excel in this role, the successful candidate must possess strong planning skills, be proactive in preparing for longer-term projects, prioritize tasks strategically, and exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Outstanding employment performance with experience in large complex/global organizations (in-house experience desirable)
- Some level of understanding of financial services and the way large financial institutions operate (knowledge of Citi's organization, products, and services a plus)
- Previous business execution and/or project management experience desired
- Advanced Excel/presentation skills essential
This is a full-time position that requires a flexible, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle ambiguity and diverse information. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, high integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
