Revenue Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Management Director to lead our revenue function and drive growth across our UK hospitality portfolio. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic revenue management solutions to maximize profitability and achieve our ambitious growth plans.
About the Role:
As Revenue Management Director, you will oversee the development of comprehensive revenue strategies, drive data-driven decision-making, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and hotel operations teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability across our portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis, lead forecasting processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
- Integrate sustainability into revenue management strategies to support our long-term sustainable growth.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality revenue management with multi-property oversight, and 3+ years of team leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with systems like MEWS PMS, Duetto RMS, and Siteminder Channel Manager are a plus.
