Key Responsibilities

The Digital & Data Executive at Goodstuff Communications supports the team in delivering excellence in channel planning and investment. They work closely with the immediate team and Goodstuffers across the agency to develop digital plans, contribute to getting to great work, and establish effective internal and media owner relationships.

The role involves supporting the smooth and seamless running of digital campaigns, taking on the majority of internal team admin tasks, and developing a foundational understanding of the role Digital plays within the client strategy.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Goodstuff planning process, particularly where it relates to Investment
  • Support line manager in the development of Digital plans
  • Establish media owner relationships and ensure regular communication
  • Deliver insightful, timely, and accurate client reports
  • Build audience analysis using Digital research points
  • Contribute to inventive Digital ideas for our clients/briefs
  • Build collaborative relationships with Goodstuffers
  • Take responsibility for delegated deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally at all times
  • Support campaign admin and reporting
  • Maintain financial accuracy across all clients
  • Get bookings on the system promptly and accurately
  • Ensure efficient management of POs, timely invoicing, and quick resolution of finance queries
  • Accurate and consistent weekly completion of timesheets
Requirements
  • Helpful, friendly, and proactive attitude
  • Confident, clear, and concise communication both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly numerate with a passion for data
  • Team Player – Support the wider digital team proactively and positively
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Energetic, determined, and personable
  • A passion for all things media and communications
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Good communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
  • Organised and good attention to detail
  • Ability to think around problems and get to inventive solutions
