Back of House Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Back of House Coordinator at Melia White House Hotel. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all back-of-house operations, with a focus on waste management, main cellar beverage stock control, and inventory management of cutlery and crockery.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recycling and waste reduction strategies to minimize the hotel's environmental footprint.
- Oversee all waste disposal processes ensuring compliance with local regulations and promoting sustainability standards.
- Analyze waste generation data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize inventory levels.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in back-of-house operations, particularly in waste management and inventory control. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams are also required.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers great opportunities for career growth and development. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including holidays, contributory pension scheme, and refer a friend bonus.
Requirements:- Proven experience in back-of-house operations, particularly in waste management and inventory control.
