In this role, you will be responsible for managing enquiries and bookings for group business, conducting hotel show rounds, and participating in promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enquiries and bookings for group business, ensuring profitable terms and smooth handovers
  • Conduct hotel show rounds and participate in promotional activities
  • Maintain and update systems, contracts, and booking details
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Assist in managing the conference and groups diary to optimize business levels
  • Provide exceptional customer care and handle guest concerns professionally

Requirements:

  • Sales driven individual
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Good organizational and administration skills
  • Opera knowledge (desirable)
  • Experience in similar position (desirable)
