Sales and Events Executive Role

Are you looking for a challenging role in sales and events? Melia White House Hotel is seeking a skilled Sales and Events Executive to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enquiries and bookings for group business, conducting hotel show rounds, and participating in promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries and bookings for group business, ensuring profitable terms and smooth handovers
- Conduct hotel show rounds and participate in promotional activities
- Maintain and update systems, contracts, and booking details
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Assist in managing the conference and groups diary to optimize business levels
- Provide exceptional customer care and handle guest concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Sales driven individual
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Good organizational and administration skills
- Opera knowledge (desirable)
- Experience in similar position (desirable)
