Apartment Sales Representative

Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of up to £32,958 per annum, plus 10% bonus and additional benefits including 28 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, and refer-a-friend bonus.
About the Job: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new business opportunities, generating interest from potential clients, and increasing revenue for the hotel. You will also be required to maintain databases, update sales and marketing activities, and work closely with the line manager and management team to implement projects aimed at developing new business.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in hotels or serviced apartments. You should also have excellent communication skills, be proactive, organized, and able to work as part of a team. Multi-language skills are beneficial but not essential.
