About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Back of House Coordinator to join our team at Melia White House Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in hospitality and make a real impact on reducing waste and improving efficiency in our back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective waste reduction and recycling strategies to minimize the hotel's environmental footprint.
  2. Manage beverage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  3. Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations and preventing loss, damage, or theft.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operation of back-of-house processes.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including holidays, contributory pension scheme, and refer a friend bonus.
