We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in Newark, Nottingham. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment for young people to grow and develop. Your primary responsibilities will include providing leadership and guidance to the residential support team, ensuring high-quality care and support for young people, and mentoring and supporting colleagues to help them develop in their roles.

Competitive Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, with an additional £5,000 for overnight shifts (£60 per night). This generous compensation package reflects the importance of this role in providing high-quality care and support to young people.
