About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

As a Patient Advisor, you will be responsible for scheduling consultations and surgeries, maintaining patient records, and arranging finance options. You will also perform diagnostic eye scans and confidently communicate with our optometrists.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong problem-solving skills. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Estimated Salary: £26,400 - £30,480 per annum, depending on location and experience
