About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Technical Support Analyst to join our Landmark Valuation Services (LVS) Service Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer enquiries and incidents are resolved in a timely and professional manner, delivering a world-class customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve customer-affecting bugs and issues in collaboration with the 2nd Line, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
  • Proactively create and update knowledge base articles to improve fault resolution at 1st Line.
  • Ensure accurate prioritisation, investigation, and resolution of incidents using our internal system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, actively listening to user requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent organisation and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to take ownership of issues until resolved. You will have a minimum A-level standard or equivalent, and previous experience in a technical service desk role is highly desirable. If you have a passion for Application Support or Software Development, we would love to hear from you.
