We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join the Global Support division of a leading SaaS organization, dedicated to addressing platform-related technical challenges.
In this role, you will deliver technical assistance to business clients utilizing our platform. You will cultivate and sustain in-depth knowledge of our product suite, while troubleshooting and resolving complex support inquiries. Additionally, you will create and update knowledge base articles that document solutions to customer-reported issues and perform operational tasks to provision, rebuild, configure, and restore services for client cloud environments.
Key Qualifications
- Understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle, along with experience in providing technical support for B2B software solutions.
- Proficiency with customer incident tracking or CRM systems, such as ServiceNow, and familiarity with software defect tracking tools like JIRA.
- Broad technical skill set, including Java development, SQL, application architecture, knowledge of front-end web technologies such as JavaScript, and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Experience in supporting a UNIX/Linux environment is preferred.
