Job Title: Technical Estimator & Tendering Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Estimator & Tendering Specialist to join our team at ETS Technical Selection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical estimates and tenders for our switchgear and power distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed technical estimates and tenders for switchgear and power distribution projects
  • Collaborate with our engineering and sales teams to ensure that estimates and tenders meet customer requirements and company standards
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information and assess project requirements
  • Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our estimates and tenders are competitive and of high quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical estimating and tendering, preferably in the electrical or construction industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of switchgear and power distribution systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information and make informed decisions
