About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Personal Assistant to join our Clinical Support Team at NHS Blood and Transplant. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of administrative support to our senior management team, including preparing papers for meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure the effective running of the service, prioritizing administrative duties and managing competing demands.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS Trusts and other agencies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PA to senior management level or above, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
