Arora Group is seeking a skilled Golf Professional to fill the role of Assistant to the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily golf operations and providing exceptional service to club members and their guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of daily golf operations, including course maintenance, equipment management, and member services.
  • Provide 5-star service in line with the company's vision and mission statement, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests.
  • Assist with Pro Shop duties, such as inventory management, merchandising, and club repairs, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Director of Golf in planning and executing club competitions, tournaments, and events, ensuring their success and profitability.

General Tasks & Miscellaneous:

  • Be flexible and willing to take on other job duties as needed, demonstrating a commitment to the company's goals and objectives.
  • Set a positive example for colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism within the organization.
  • Comply with requests from supervisors in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Human Resources & Training:

  • Treat all individuals with respect and professionalism, adhering to the company's code of conduct and attending required trainings and meetings.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and report any issues to HR, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.

Confidentiality:

  • Maintain confidentiality of intellectual property and data, protecting the company's interests and reputation.
  • Ensure member and staff information remains confidential, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.

Physical Aspects of the Position:

  • Frequent standing, walking, and computer usage, requiring a high level of physical fitness and stamina.
  • Occasional lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions, necessitating adaptability and resilience.
