Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Golf Operations Assistant to join our team at Arora Group. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests, while assisting the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with all aspects of daily golf operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with all aspects of daily golf operations, including planning, organizing, and executing club competitions and events.
  • Provide outstanding 5-star service to members and their guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and pricing in the Pro Shop, as well as purchasing and receiving of shop items and customer orders.
  • Perform club repairs and fittings, and assist the team with monthly stock takes.
  • Assist the Director of Golf with all aspects of club competitions, including planning, organizing, and executing club majors and monthly competitions.
  • Enter scores, process fees, and finalize all competitions.

Requirements

  • Qualified PGA Professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25kgs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
