Golf Operations Assistant

Arora Group is seeking a highly skilled Golf Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with all aspects of daily golf operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with daily golf operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and their guests
  • Assist with Pro Shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing
  • Support the team with monthly stock takes and perform club repairs and fittings
  • Assist with competition planning, organization, and execution
  • Enter scores, process fees, and finalize all competitions

Requirements:

  • Qualified PGA Professional
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to carry out reasonable duties and responsibilities
  • Display behavior that sets an example for other employees

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 25kgs
  • Frequent computer usage throughout the day
  • Required to work outdoors in changing weather conditions

Confidentiality:

  • Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases
  • Keep member's and staff's information or transactions confidential
