{"Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified PGA Professional to join our team at Arora Group. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with all aspects of daily golf operations. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with all aspects of daily golf operations, including planning, organizing, and executing club competitions and events. • Provide exceptional customer service to members and their guests, ensuring a 5-star experience in line with the club's vision and mission statement. • Assist the Golf Operations Manager with Pro Shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing. • Assist with competition planning, organization, and execution, including liaising with other departments to promote and ensure a smooth operation. • Enter scores, process fees, and finalize all competitions. Requirements • Qualified PGA Professional with a strong understanding of golf operations and customer service principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, staff, and external partners. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25kgs. • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
