Experienced Golf Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Golf Professional to join our team at Arora Group. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests, while assisting the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with all aspects of daily golf operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with daily golf operations, including course maintenance, equipment management, and staff supervision.
- Provide outstanding customer service to members and their guests, ensuring a 5-star experience in line with our club's vision and mission statement.
- Assist with the management of the Pro Shop, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing.
- Support the Director of Golf with all aspects of club competitions, including planning, organization, and execution.
- Perform club repairs and fittings, and assist with monthly stock takes.
- Be flexible and willing to carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required.
- Display behavior that sets an example for other employees, and comply with all reasonable requests from hierarchical supervisors.
- Treat members and colleagues with respect and sensitivity, and maintain impeccable standards of appearance and grooming.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, and report any cases of harassment and discrimination.
- Perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 25kgs.
- Qualified PGA Professional with a strong background in golf operations and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, staff, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Physical stamina to perform the demands of the role, including frequent standing and walking.
