Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our User Business Development efforts in the defined territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of existing and potential users, identifying business opportunities, and developing close relationships with key professional users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive user growth and retention in the defined territory.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with key professional users, leveraging your negotiation skills and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Business Development managers to process large key professional users and their subsidiaries.
  • Represent innovations, tools, and services to key professional users and their buying centers.
  • Work closely with distributors to target medium to large end users, focusing on key innovations.
  • Develop direct user relationships to drive conversion and gain a deep understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Implement central marketing activities and collaborate with user and regional marketing teams for individual measures.
  • Provide training and deployment of test tools to key professional users and distributors.
  • Monitor and comment on turnover and profit, defining measures via CRM.
  • Roll out won tenders within the respective area.
  • Process digital user data within CRM, including follow-up management with key professional users.
  • Develop end-user business with key distributors.
  • Train key partners and pro-colleagues.
  • Support key trade shows.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and autonomous working manner.
  • Sales knowledge, including negotiation skills and customer orientation.
  • Basic analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel, with potential overnight stays.
