Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing business development strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting targets and metrics for success.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, progress, and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
