Job Overview

As a Sales Manager - User Business Development at Bosch, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development within your defined territory. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing business opportunities within your area, focusing on key professional users and their buying centers.
  • Building and maintaining close relationships with users, key distributors, and business development managers to drive conversion and retention.
  • Representing innovations, tools, and services to key professional users and their buying centers, and working closely with regional marketing to develop individual measures.
  • Developing direct user relationships and driving conversion, while gaining a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and user needs.
  • Implementing central marketing activities and collaborating with user and regional marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Providing training and deployment of test tools to key professional users and distributors, and commenting on turnover and profit via CRM.
  • Rolling out won tenders within your area and managing digital user processing within CRM.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and an autonomous working manner.
  • Sales knowledge, including negotiation skills, customer orientation, and basic analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel, with potential overnight stays.
  • Knowledge and skills in B2B sales, including the ability to lead acquisition topics and negotiate effectively.
  • Industry knowledge and native speaking skills.
  • A full UK driving license.
