Job Title: Qualified PGA Professional

Arora Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified PGA Professional to join our team. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests, while assisting the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with all aspects of the daily golf operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with all aspects of the daily golf operations.
  • Provide an outstanding 5-star service to members and their guests through the operation in line with the club's vision & mission statement.
  • Assist the Golf Operations Manager with all aspects of the Pro Shop, including inventory, merchandising, and pricing, as well as purchasing and receiving of shop items and customer orders.
  • Assist the Director of Golf with all aspects of the club's competitions, including planning, organizing, and executing the club majors and monthly competitions.
Requirements:
  • Treat members and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.
  • Attend trainings and meetings as and when required.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of appearance and grooming, always wearing a clean and well-maintained uniform and name badge.
  • Report any case of harassment and discrimination as soon as it happens, either to the direct leader or to the Human Resources.
Physical Aspects of the Position:
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift are expected, as well as occasional kneeling; pushing; pulling; occasional lifting and carrying up to 25kgs.
  • Frequent computer usage throughout the day.
  • Required to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
