We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Advisor to join our Catchment Management and Biodiversity team at Severn Trent Water. In this role, you will play a critical part in implementing conservation practices and reducing pollution in waterways.

You will work closely with farmers to develop and implement strategies that promote sustainable agriculture practices, reduce nutrient runoff, and enhance biodiversity. This will involve collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted interventions.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders, including farmers, landowners, and other relevant parties. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to catchment management and biodiversity.
