Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and previous experience working with children. You should also possess strong communication skills and knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection.

The company offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as a range of benefits, including discounted childcare and Smart Health access.
