**Psychology Graduate Opportunity in Windsor**

We are seeking a motivated and caring Psychology Graduate to support the well-being of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a primary school in Windsor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child psychology and be able to provide emotional support and guidance to pupils with complex needs. The role will involve working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for supporting children's behavior and learning.

About the Role:

  • Supporting children's behavior and learning in the classroom
  • Providing one-to-one support for pupils with SEN and ASD
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop individualized plans
  • Keeping track and recording pupil progress

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental theory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adults
  • Experience of working with children with SEN and ASD an advantage

Benefits:
