Mental Health Support Worker

At Academics Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional support and guidance to children with complex needs
• Work alongside trained therapists, counsellors and psychologists to deliver high-quality care
• Support the academic learning, emotional wellbeing and behaviour of students
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar role or a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Counselling, Criminology)
• Ability to work in a therapeutic environment and build strong relationships with students and staff
